I'd love to see someone build and scale onchain payments for cannabis businesses on @base.base.eth. 

it's unbelievable that we've legalized across the country, but small businesses and consumers are treated horribly by the existing financial system. 

time to upgrade the system.

The only problem I see with that is @coinbase freezing accounts and not responding for months at a time.  Until that gets fixed, can’t expect much trust there.

I understand this from a brand - user trust standpoint, but from a practical standpoint the implications of a 3rd party building on an open source, decentralized/ing network are entirely different than what a publicly traded centralized exchange does.
