Stoicism

There are only two forms of suffering, mental and physical. You are not your body or mind!

Once you accept this suffering won’t be a problem anymore. 

Only when there is no fear of suffering, do you naturally want to walk full stride wanting to experience all life can offer.

When there is fear of suffering you take half steps, you only want to do what is safe.

There is nothing safe in life except death, but life, anything can happen 😁

That’s why I live life as it comes, either good or bad , I just learn to accept it as it comes, what do you think about this?

its true, letting go of the fear of suffering opens us up to experience life more fully

easier said than done sometimes, but definitely a journey worth embracing 

is there a way you practice staying in that mindset when challenges arise?

It’s actually true
Once i had developed that it is what it is mentality
I have been more happy than ever with life
Bad things happen 
I don’t get moved or affected by it

There is only one tried and true way to limit suffering humanity has found. /stoicism  

There’s many ways to describe it, but it really comes down to accepting reality for what it is. If you can change your mindset to not fight with reality you’ll remove the vast majority or suffering

it takes alot of self confidence to build this mindset.

fear is natural. i still have the fear of failure, fear of disappointing others.

this causes alot of damage and hindrance.

how do you get rid of this fear.

everyone keeps saying words, don’t be scared, take risks. but sometimes we need more than words.

imo i feel like when you’re dealing with mental suffering, physical suffering just comes into play as well
but how do we deal with mental suffering, because really, it isn’t easy as it is

in all fairness, we are all gonna die so why live in fear tbh
