Stealing @brianjckim’s picture of lunch since I forgot to take an aesthetic picture.. Today I’m presenting COUNTER SERVICE 👀 - The best sandwiches in Manhattan rn, no competition - Chipotle founder’s new venture, so it’s basically QSR-efficient but with trained chefs and high quality ingredients - Lunch sandwiches are better/naturally more inventive than the breakfast sandwiches, though both great - We’ve never had a bad order here, but standouts are the Smokeshow pulled chicken sandwich and the Cortese roast pork and broccoli rabe - Be safe and order on the earlier side, since popular sandwiches have sold out before My formula: - Order ahead for pick up - Split two sandwiches with someone so you can try multiple, or order two for yourself (one now one later ..) - DO NOT skip the homemade pretzels or the chocolate chip cookie. These are CRITICAL to the lunch. - They have a great beverage selection too (sparkling yuzu lemonade, martinelli’s, etc) Today I ran back my PERFECT lunch order: - Smokeshow sandwich - Sweet and spicy pretzels - Vitamin water with PEBBLE ICE (important) - Chilled Diet Coke (I have 4 sips) - Brown butter chocolate cookie GGWP to me and Counter Service. where did you get the vitamin water that sounds super refreshing and healthy kind of like if there was a drink of the summer or whatnot

It’s really just filtered water with a splash of vitamins because one time I had too much boost and my mouth hurt after :/ Few such cases
