Step 2: Claude Code creates a new github issue and authors a commit (using our repo's agent instructions)

Step 3: If it builds and successfully passes tests, a member of the Eng team converts it to a PR and merges

About 2 minutes active human time start to finish. Dramatically accelerates velocity while enabling *everyone* at the company to ship product
