早上冲冷水澡已经近一个月了，和Naval说的一样，刚开始脑海会有个声音说水非常冷，所以缩手缩脚的不敢进，现在已经基本没有犹豫时间了，打开花洒就能直接进去，当身体真正接触到冷水时会发现其实没有那么冷，相当一部分的冷是大脑虚构的，现在洗冷水澡已经和做俯卧撑一样成为我早起Routine一部分了。

Farcaster really is the place to be! On twt you have to subscribe to the app to get your twts promoted for a crazy price imo but here on fc there are many ways to do that and some for as little as $1! 

Examples are $Degen raindrops by @jacek, @ampsfun by @phil and moxie earn by @betashop.eth and more that I probably dont know about or are still in the works. 

Best thing about this is that instead paying an already rich corporation you are paying the people who will actually engage with your posts and become likely customers in the future. Like isnt that so amazing!!
