Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

Yay! Excited for this channel. For me it’s floating/sensory deprivation tank sessions on a regular basis. Went tonight and it was such a good reset as always
