If you recently started, give yourself about 6 months so you can use your max strength to your limit before taking creatine

i don’t lift rn, just lot of walking (around 10-15k steps per day), 100 pushups per day, sit ups, but nothing crazy - so idk if it makes sense for me or not

Personally i advice not taking creatine then, it’s still just a supplement. Eating right beats taking creatine, i started taking creatine after almost a year of lifting and i don’t even feel much difference cause i’ve worked on my strength a lot.
