Nodule is definitely significantly larger in the second image. Size isnt the only considetation though on initial nodule findings. Calcified vs non calcified and spiculated vs non

Yes, but I also look at these daily. I hate discussing incidental lung nodules with patients. "Yeah, we were checking if you have a blood clot but instead found this bump. Is it cancer? IDK, now wait in anxiety for 3-6 months until we check again"
