So, #4 My startup is legitimately planning to use Sinclair Minipigs (or another large-format animal) for our curative stage IV breast cancer (bone mets) therapy. One of the difficult things about this is that there isn't an easy way to give pigs breast cancer (you have to completely immunosuppress them and inject them with human breast cancer). Sooooo we might be focusing on another cancer like prostate, lung, or osteosarcoma to start, instead. Still trying to work this out...

How is this curative? Wouldn't mets be an issue especially in stage 4 disease?

Ah cool, makes sense. We're going more with the immunotherapy route making masked T-Cell Engagers, could be a game changer for most solid tumors. Currently in clinical trials, going well so far but still in phase one
