ooh my favourite one for overall body stiffness is going into child’s pose with knees together and breathing into your entire rib cage like fill it up and expand it out in all directions as much as possible and then big slow breath out do that a couple of times and then move your knees to a wider stance and repeat your entire torso, back, shoulders, everything feels so good 🤤
