it is super weird the first few times but once you have a taste of that relief you’ll never go back 😂

i've tried out a few different kinds!

i use a squeeze bottle for traveling but i have a nice ceramic one at home

plastic squeeze bottles you should change out more regularly (4-6 months) but the ceramic ones can last forever as long as you keep them clean

Thank you! It reminds me of that Vick's nasal spray, I did use that when I was a kid. But this seems more like a full on flush. I may get some and try it the next time I get sick.

Is there a particular brand you'd recommend? Or do they all kinda work the same?
