Does anyone else constantly feel exhausted every day, even after getting a full 8 hours of sleep?

yes, lock down the following: > exercise > daily outside time > hydration > proper nutrition > vitamin d supplements (most of the developed world is low in vit d) better sleep quality: > cool, dark room > brown noise > magnesium + ashwaganda before bed > no alcohol before bed, caffeine stop 8hrs before, weed stop 4hrs before or could be eating pattern - eating 6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 large ones is better on your digestive system + helps stabilize energy throughout the day
