it is so good! the saffron syrup is definitely the key here flavour profile wiseif you wantt o make it yourself! i am always a sucker for pistachio too :)

OK, I'm tempted. I love to experiment with tea and I've never tried Persian-style black tea (just looked it up) so I will get some and try to make this concoction. Is it just chopped pistachios sprinkled on top of the steamed milk, or is there some pistachio syrup or flavoring mixed in too?

persian style tea is SO good. one of my good friends here is persian and always has some when i go to his house š¤¤ i think there is some pistachio flavouring in it because it does have a nutty flavour to it!

Excited to try the Persian-style tea. I found saffron syrup online, but I may just try to make some myself. I'll experiment with pistachio flavoring options too. I found an article online with a close-up photo of the Persian fog drink, so that will help.
