My setup for vibe coding a Farcaster mini app

1.  set up github project repository
2. use v0 to build out a frontend
3. use cursor or claude code to build out rest of app (personally found claude code to be better). include the llms.txt from farcaster as context (makes it easier for AI to read)
4. set up a database if need to store data (e.g. storing user scores in a game). I used neon with vercel since easy integration
5. deploy to vercel
6. set up farcaster specific features like a manifest and embed
7. once deployed, use ngrok to test mini app locally so not testing new features live with users

My setup for coding w Claude:

1. GitHub repo for frontend 
2. GitHub repo for contracts 
3. VS code, use CLI to clone into repo
4. Cody (vscode add-on from Sourcegraph) for cursor-style claude access
5. Claude Pro for GitHub imports & full-repo analysis
6. @fileverse for claude.md, todo.txt, etc (context & task management documentation)
7. Everything else is arbitrary. I can build basically anything I can think of with this setup, from AI apps in python to webapps in react/typescript/tailwind
