we're down to just the RPC rate limiter of @thirdweb 

only problem is i'm still not completely convinced i'm ready for a real money plan, i could have a bug ping this thing a zillion times before i even knew it so easy still (but i need a good RPC to test and be sure i've got the code right lol... it's like a development catch-22)
