It is incredible how little water I need during the day vs. the ridiculous thirst I experience immediately as I'm trying to fall asleep

Are you using electrolytes or just water? Just water will still be dehydrating. I’ll go through 3 LMNT type packets daily

I highly recommend you do not buy or use this. That sugar value is fucking absurd and immediately contradicts any of the value this beverage might have had. Also fun fact, natural flavors is an industry term and it’s not at all what you might think it is. The technical definition allows for any molecule that can be created from reactions so long as those reactions are done at “room temp” (hotter than you’d think). That makes the flavor natural, its origin could be from any petrochemical refinery. LMNT could be better, but I’ve done the glucose tests a claims made by detractors and I experience no insulin response. Here’s a better one https://a.co/d/fqOB8g5

There’s a lot about the ingredients in our food not widely known. Ingredients are tech, tech provided by a few global companies that have 100 years of infra and history. We’re more aware of legacy tech like Fortran or Cobal based systems still in production, now think about that applied to older industries and instead of software it’s your foodware you eat everyday. It’s not all as scary as it sounds, and at the same time it’s also scarier that the average understands but for different socially expensive reasons.
