back in my day you didn't rly have to move. you paid under the table renter's "insurance". then a mystery electrical fire burns your home down, and you get the full amount of the losses, down to every last chopstick, in cash. then you pay a fair % to the insurance "agency" and use the rest to buy everything brand new
