ok this kinda sucks, but i legit have repetitive strain in my shoulder/neck from DJing and being on the computer too much đĢ so, i'm moving slower than usual, but we stay cooking đ§âđŗ any pointers from the peanut gallery? for context, i'm 36 and the biggest issue is the top of my left trapezius (if you traced a line from the bottom of my left ear to the top of my left shoulder)

mine is bicep tendinitis i think, super annoying gonna try a split keyboard and in general weighted mobility exercises would recommend finding a physical therapist/trainer who doesn't just blanket prescribe the same exercises and actually structures a custom program
