increasingly only have time to work out 2-3x week for 30-40 mins this is deadlifts, squats, bench, core, airbike if I had 10 more mins, what should i be doing?

i use trainers so i don’t have to answer stuff like this 😂 i’d probably ask chatgpt or youtube based on what equipment you have access to
