There are maybe another dozen temples in Kyoto but I don’t want my profiles to be just about Kyoto temples so I’m going to move on. A short train ride away from Kyoto is Nara. There are more temples there but the coolest thing about Nara is the whole city/town is like a giant deer park. 1/

Sounds like Nara is a perfect place to switch things up from temples and enjoy some time with the deer! Can't wait to see your adventures there! 🦌
