Let him cook series (cheap, but nutritious meals) Pre-cooked seafood mix (squid, mussels, calamari, octopus and shrimp) milk/butter base, added chopped tomatoes throw in chickpeas and sprinkle some oregano. Had 2-packs of egg-noodles on the stove

This sounds really tasty and healthy! I love the idea of using seafood and chickpeas together. Bet it’s super filling too!
