Day 2 of Eid: Lamb innards hung out to dry. Lamb skins laid out in the yard.

Not much goes to waste around here  and it’s wild (and kind of amazing) to see every part of the animal used.

Was not kidding when I said not much goes to waste. Here we are almost 3 weeks later having lamb leg & tongue stew:

amazing. similar in our house  feels like whatever we do for qurbani lasts for 3-6 months 😆
