Almost on the corner of most streets in Mexico, they sell "Elote" (corn). The traditional way to prepare it is to first cook the corn well and then pass a stick through it to eat it like ice cream. But another type is the famous Mexican corn, where the corn kernels are piled in a cup-like place and a lot of cheese sauce, salt, cream, lemon, butter and chili powder are poured on top.
