gave the murph thing a try... finished a half-murph in 31:58 (no weight) will go for the full murph next year! 1 mile 50 pull ups 100 push ups 150 squats 1 mile 45 min feels doable without weight but I found the running more fatiguing than I expected, need to build stamina
