Yeah I go on and off it twice a year. I preload it for a week at 2 or 4 times a day 20g total then a 5mg maintenance daily in my protein and greens shakes

Maybe a month off. I honestly don’t notice any measurable effect when loading, honestly it’s the weakest of things I’m doing.

They do. I have some tennis elbow it hasn’t been able to knock down now, but I’ve had other great results and my buddy literally cut his recovery time to one third from a broken neck. His gf hit it up too when she broke her back and same, amazing recovery. Tb-500 and bpc157 subq. The gh ones also work well
