I've been to similar restaurants a couple of times, but there, as a rule, you are served by one waiter who tells you everything in detail about the dishes served and even tells you how to eat them correctly and what to do with all this beauty. Apparently, your waiter was too pompous and pretentious ๐Ÿ™‚
