Most important part, honestly?

Remember that 95%+ of the people who look to work with you will be grifters and scammers.

Sometimes, on some projects, you'll literally get stuck with a few and just have to wait them out & mitigate their damage as best as possible.

Staying busy working on something  you love rather than worrying about bags or news events is solid advice
