You literally don't notice half the shit going on in the news because you're busy 24/7

Most important part, honestly?

Remember that 95%+ of the people who look to work with you will be grifters and scammers.

Sometimes, on some projects, you'll literally get stuck with a few and just have to wait them out & mitigate their damage as best as possible.

But I want to ask, what's one thing a founder in the web3 space should know about and dangers/flaws to look out for? 

Staying busy working on something  you love rather than worrying about bags or news events is solid advice

Ironically, if you’re working on the other side, you probably follow more news than the average person - rate cuts, wars, AI releases, elections, odds of the next pope being American.
