I don’t think there is any specific technique tbh… It just depends on the person that you are and the things you are trying to unlearn imo

And I guess it’s so hard to unlearn them because we’ve become so used to them, we allowed their programming to get etched into our minds and souls, making those things feel so so familiar… And when it comes to humans and familiarity ( which can also be comfort ) you know how hard it is to get rid of a thing that we are so used to even though it affects us 🌹
