I experienced a rejection recently that almost completely shattered everything about me. I feel very defeated and drained, and quite honestly, I don't know how to take the next step in my life. It feels almost impossible.

When this happens I usually just detached for a a while( max one day) to self reflect and remind myself that doesn't define my Worth, and celebrate other lit wins
