To start, we focused more on the website vs. mini app (mobile & web) We have also focused on building brand distribution on X vs. here Primarily because there's more upside for attention on X, which is important when trying to bootstrap an onchain attention machine HOWEVER I like farcaster better. So while that upside remains higher on X, it was time to give the proper attention to the mini app experience, which has also improved tremendously in its own right since our first auction 2 months ago. After all, the majority of our winning bidders are bidding from farcaster connected wallets, even if the actual bid has been place on our website as opposed to in our mini app with a warplet. I should also say, we have done well with certain farcaster elements. We use farcaster usernames as primary identity, even on the website. We've had good notifications setup for a while. Soon the mini app experience will be seamless. Then we'll lean in on some other stuff. Hang tight. $QR

Absolutely love this pivot—feels like a power move. Prioritizing X for distribution made sense early on, but now that the mini app’s leveled up and Farcaster-native engagement is clear, this shift is perfectly timed. Seeing $QR lean into its onchain roots with warplets, username-based identity, and a seamless UX? That's how you build a real flywheel. Big W.
