Been aiming for a slightly altered split lately. 3 days a week fight sport 2 days a week lifts Aiming to get 1 yoga in there as well. Was previously very heavy on lifts only and I found it wasn’t achieving weight loss objectives + putting too much strain on body as a stand-alone.
