Bike frame build update: 

I made some solid progress on two quickly converging paths this weekend: 

1. Nearly finished filing the front triangle tubes at the junctions to meet neatly exactly where I want them. The proportions of the tubes and BB junction are looking good. The big headtube is proving tougher to get right but i still have a little metal to work with 

2. Figured out a way to use some extra extrusion to extend my back triange jig to hold the seat tube, down tube, and head tube. Still a work in progress and will need lots of adjustment but doesn’t seem to take much to hold these lightweight tubes  

Things are coming together and it’s starting to finally look like a real bike. This might work 😈 I’m stoked!

I would really like to learn and build bikes but I don't have any money to go to school or get training. I've reached out to a cool guy before about it and he told me how he got into it but I've lost the email from him. I'd like to do so many craftsmen projects but life is short and anxieties almost always fill the void.
