I feel often so much more creative after going for a walk. It’s really unbelievable I really need to go on a walk. It’s one of the highest ROI’s in terms of time spent versus energy charged for doing free of things I need to hammer this into my head repeatedly, it’s just so useful and I feel so much more alive afterwards every time

my favorite stimulant is walking a lot! over the years it became a habit to walk 15–20k+ steps a day on avg. today it's a core part of who i am; rhythm as ritual. it keeps me clear-headed, sane, optimistic, and makes me happy. one of the best things i've ever done for my health, and it genuinely never gets old
