What are your thoughts on likes being public on Farcaster, as was the case previously with Twitter. Who is in favor of making them private by default? Interested in hearing arguments of both sides.

I remember that there was a discussion about this topic initiated by Vitalik earlier this year.

I think best aproach is to let people choose if want to make their likes private or public.

I'm all for being public. I don't see the point in hiding them

Instersting topic，i just take it as my Multi-AI agent roleplay in discussion, it’s quite interesting ideas pointed out, but my opinion would be set it as an option for user.

Yeah, I also just like what I like. It’s mostly a privacy-oriented question. After giving it some thought I prefer likes to be private by default. I.e. number of likes would be visible on casts like now, but you can’t see who liked what on other account's casts and you can’t check an account’s likes. I understand that some people do love to see and check this, though.

Do people like casts because a KOL likes a cast? 

I’m just out here liking what I like. 

I guess make them Anon? If you want to spread it then recast. 🤷‍♂️
