When you say permissionless, what does it mean in the context of Farcaster? How many independent parties there are in the network and what are their roles, and how any censorship or losing data is prevented?

There are 40+ Hubs, Warpcast only runs 5 or so. Global state is replicated across all of them. There's no ability to delete individual pieces of data from Hubs without falling behind on the consensus layer (CRDT)
