It’s a good “marketing” response, but: What % of raycast queries are shortcuts, quick keys, clipboard history? What % of future customers care about these additional features? What happens when computer use is good enough in macOS or from a frontier lab like OpenAI? They’ve raised a bunch of VC money. The only thing that matters now is growth. idk they are pretty good at catering to the mac power user, generally feels like they would be quicker to capitalize on those improvements than apple who has historically optimized for the laziest/dumbest user and if I would make one assertion about apple users, them mfers loyal vs browser company comparison who realized they were catering to power users and decided they should pivot instead feels like opposite ends of the spectrum
