Lol obviously the American multi billion dollar companies are beating the ai built in a country that can't get the same chips and has to work around that

The American companies will adopt the same techniques...and apply more GPUs.

There was a commentary that China was “ahead”. They are talented and resourceful! But it’s still very much American labs leading.

I don't think the conversation was as much they were ahead as look how close they were a few months ago to the others, while also having the same limitations of chip availability and spending less .

But also according to your chart you posted, they'd of been the third, close to second in performance scores, so yeah I can see where the convos could take that direction
