1.  We're adding support for ENS to Hubs. i.e. you'll be able to mention ENS names

2. Fname system (which is already centralized) is moving to an off-chain ENS resolver. Goal is to offer everyone a free name when they sign up with trade off of it being less decentralized.

4. FIDs will onchain and in a non-upgradeable contract. i.e. once you have an FID, you have it forever.

Under-the-hood, the protocol is powered by FIDs. Fnames and ENS are (important!) human-readable cosmetic improvements.

Have you decided which chain FIDs will be on?

wasn‘t ur plan to charge monthly for Farcaster identity? Is this still the plan because now doesn‘t ENS receive that revenue?

mhh my gut impression is that you have been raced to the bottom on this, is this true?
