Made me feel seen.   instrumental only albums were not publicly or even privately accepted  til so so much later.     Back then, we had Dj Shadow, Prefuse73, Fatjon, Automator, mushroom jazz, The Avalanches and a few others,  Later Madlib made it more publicly acceptable.   Now the type of beats I made since the mid nighties not only acceptable but homogenized & so so oversaturated haha..
