Same Kenya bean, this one is a darker Italian roast. I pretty much have the Dark Roasts dialed in. It’s the Medium/City roasts that I need to spend a bit more time with, and that will happen with the next roasting.

More and more I get people asking me when I’m going to open a cafe.. You’d have to come to Tokyo for this however..
