might sound odd to say, but i wish we were taught how to grieve.

from a young age, we learn how to speak, how to read, how to walk… but no one teaches us how to handle loss.

my dad taught me most of the things i know today, but not how to deal with his absence.

Really curious to know how others deal with grief or pain. I just try to log off and get buried in work to distract myself, I eventually crash out, but still try to remind myself that nothing I do would change what has happened, but there is this pain I feel in my chest that would be so unexplainable.
