Hit the gym twice today (Morning and Evening) to train legs Did Hamstrings and calves in the morning, then quad focused in the evening. I couldnāt push as heavy as i normally could. Is this the power of my bloodline? Couldnāt even use the bar cause my body was hurting, maybe i didnāt eat enough? Fatigued i guess. Probably should have done quads in the morning instead. Most likely not doing this again, or will try again and againš¤£
