i was at the airport today to pick my parents up from their trip

whilst i was waiting i saw an older couple standing with anticipation

the arrival doors opened and a woman arrived with her huge case

it was their daughter 

she looked around 25/26ish 

they opened their arms to embrace her

and she immediately whipped out her phone to film content

getting 0.5 selfie video of her hugging her mum then her dad 

it wasnt even a proper hug cos her phone was up in the air getting the right angle

they wanted a hug she wanted content

its a cold world out here

my definition of leaderboarding is competititive casting , and when competing people can do all sorts 🤣

but in all seriousness it was really sad :( 

i dont get why she didnt just actually hug them and then film afterwards 

she didnt even chat to them afterwards just checked the clip and kept it stepping😭
