And NO, supplements won’t give you health issues “IF YOU DONT ABUSE THEM.”
If you can afford them do, if you can’t it’s fine just keep putting in the work (For 2 months+ now, i haven’t used any supplements, just whole foods like my eggs etc, i eat a lot in one sitting too😉). This is my current body state, still have a lot of muscles to put on.
It’s okay to not use supplements tbh, but the brutal truth is, if you’re chasing elite level physique, you’re most likely deceiving yourself, except you can consume the same amount of food equal to 5g of creatine. Which is unrealistic and stressful.
