An interesting observation on HRT, especially when it comes to women is how subjective it is. Have had women with normal levels and very symptomatic while seeing flip side just as much. Being less algorithmic, may be where in-person care carries weight vs online DTC care. Unless an LLM can synthesize the intake.

i think this is where hybrid companies like tia may excel. brick and mortar + telehealth/d2c they may also have the data/ability to use an lmm that can synthesize intake in the future

For sure, that would be powerful to have. Especially since transvaginal is in most instances the best option, so would be useful for administration which looks like Tia provides.

i think the hardest part is having readily available clinics paired with d2c care. large healthcare orgs may not be able to provide the more personal care women need for hrt but newer hybrid models lack the physical presence to provide for everyone potential compromise is in-person visit + d2c for transdermal
