epic. i also go to the gym 3x week and it helps tons on my running training. probably i could be more jacked if i didn't run. but the convo of both is amazing. im not too worried about gains. im just worried about doing what i have to do on a given day

For sure bro, running plus lifting is the healthiest combo, no doubt. But if you donβt wanna lose size, you gotta load up on protein and supps

that's where im lagging behind. my training setup is insane for what i was used to (3x running and 3x gym), but im not taking enough care of nutrition or supplements how did you start on that rabbit hole? it feels too daunting to enter lol
