Iggy was pretty funny because I did a photo shoot with him and he was so particular about the shots, like more so than any celebrity I have ever photographed which was really unexpected. Later that night we were at a party and I took a few more photos of him in the VIP area and he of course loved those despite being way worse photos.

I traded sleeping on a couch in her DJ's hotel room at Winter Music Conference in Miami about a month before she got famous in exchange for photographing her 22nd birthday party. I also had just partied with her in NYC lightlife before I even knew she made music.

In related news, my own birthday almost always falls near Memorial Day weekend so as a kid half my friends couldn't come to my birthday because people were always out of town, but guess what motherfuckers? This year my birthday is the week after Memorial Day but none of you are invited because I am a middle aged man who hasn't celebrated his birthday in 16 years.

My incredibly cool girlfriend and I got engaged last night. She didn't want to post about it on social media, but since we don't really have any actual IRL friends on Farcaster, I am gonna at least tell you guys about it.

Five years ago today I went on a date with a woman I met on a dating app. We ate delivery Chinese food in her Greenpoint living room since it was still the pandemic. I could not imagine how much the next five years would change my life. We left NYC, bought a house, both went through serious health scares and finally got engaged.
