Yeah only 3’s for me but that stuff has got to go. New Year’s resolution time

once i tapered to zyn 3 it wasn't too bad

tapering works, even if you have to track everything and be regimented with it

for me, regular exercise helped a LOT

The struggle is real. Right in the middle of that. Ditched the pens last year for Zyn and need to kick that now
