my conclusion (so far) is that almost no one will care about (truly "sufficient", or whatever) decentralization until it's too late what to do? probably build the life boats before the Titanic starts to sink? 🤔

yea that's a fair analogy when possible though specifics are invaluable when it's just vibes it not really actionable when we're doing the sorts of prioritization and trade offs calculations we do every day

i understand completely. i'm not even sure it's possible my strategy has been to find the other people who care about it in the way i do. i have found a few in the end, many different teams working on many different ways is good for everyone imo 🫡
