I think of farcaster as a trial run for true decentralization. to me this is a totally new concept. does it have to work for our futures? yes. is scoffing at what this has created valuable? yes! we are seeing realtime just what needs editing. and most of that is stewardship. trust. radical interconnection. honesty. listening. perspectives. failures. loads and loads of them. we don’t need another iteration of the internet. we the people need to change our selves. the metrics we use, are inherently flawed. we need to stop looking at ways to extract and start looking for ways to improve togetherness. decentralization is not a product we buy or a protocol we deploy. it is a collective way of being. what we are seeing is the architecture of our own readiness for that way of being… and where we must grow. 🌱🫶🏻
